5-Day Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 5-Day Replacement for eligible orders. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Eligible for Replacement

You can request a replacement if:

• You receive a damaged or broken product.
• The printed artwork is incorrect or defective.
• You receive the wrong design or wrong size.
• Your order is incomplete or an item is missing.

How to Request a Replacement

Please email us at irefury098@gmail.com with:

• Your Order ID
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• An unboxing video (mandatory if the product was damaged or defective on arrival — replacement requests for damage will not be accepted without an unboxing video)
• A brief description of the issue

Conditions

• Replacement requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• For damaged or defective items, a clear unboxing video is compulsory — requests without one cannot be verified or approved.
• Approved replacements will be processed after verification of the submitted evidence.

Replacement Is Not Applicable For

Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or misuse.
• Minor color variations caused by different screen or monitor settings.
• Incorrect size, design, or product selected by the customer while placing the order.
• Requests made after the 5-day replacement period.
• Minor imperfections that do not affect the functionality or appearance of the product.
• Damage-related claims submitted without a valid unboxing video.

Replacement Process
