Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping & Processing Charges

All product prices on InDecore.Shop are inclusive of a ₹199 shipping & processing charge. This amount covers packaging, handling, and courier costs incurred once your order is confirmed.

If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped/dispatched, or if delivery is refused at the time of arrival, the ₹199 shipping & processing charge is non-refundable. Only the remaining product amount will be refunded in such cases.

This charge is fully waived only when a replacement is approved under our 5-Day Replacement Policy for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product — in those cases, no deduction applies.

Partial COD Advance Payment

For orders placed under our Partial COD option, an advance amount of ₹99 is collected online at checkout, with the remaining balance payable in cash on delivery.

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, the ₹99 advance will be refunded in full.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, or if you refuse delivery at your doorstep, the ₹99 advance is non-refundable and will not be returned, as it goes towards the shipping and handling costs already incurred.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package until it reaches you.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may happen due to courier issues, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in such cases and will keep you informed if any significant delay occurs.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you need to correct your address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
